There’s got to be a better way? We kept asking ourselves this when we went to open our very first coffee shop. Everything was hard. Big spaces, big rents and huge fitout cost. If only it was simple. Hang on!

Instead of a large traditional retail space what if we designed something modern and efficient at a low cost? Instead of offering a large complex menu what if we put together a simple offer that utilises our city’s best local suppliers and lets us focus on our passion… the coffee. What if it was in a shipping container? But what if the site doesn’t work out? Well you can move a shipping container can’t you.
